DINO MERGE · PLAYER CARE
한국어Privacy Policy
1. Information we process
- Account information: guest or Firebase user IDs; email addresses and account identifiers when signing in with Google, Apple, or email.
- Game information: captain name, progress, currencies, dinos, party, ranking records, and preferences.
- Purchase information: products, transaction identifiers, store, purchase, and refund status. The app does not collect or store full payment details such as card numbers.
- Optional country/region: we save the country code you choose to your account and display its flag beside your nickname on public leaderboards. Selection is optional and can be changed or hidden in Settings. Flags in finalized past-season records remain unchanged.
- Optional analytics: app version and build, operating system and language, gameplay, tutorials, merges, rewards, purchases, and performance events. With consent, Google Play install campaign details and a Firebase account ID are connected to Analytics for account-level usage analysis. Raw ad click IDs, email addresses, nicknames, and raw receipts or purchase tokens are excluded from analytics events.
- Optional diagnostics: crashes, ANRs, error messages, stack traces, and app version and platform at the time of an error.
- Service logs: request times, app environment, network addresses, and other information needed to investigate errors and prevent abuse.
- Rewarded ads: when you choose to watch an ad, Google AdMob may process device and advertising identifiers, IP address, ad interactions, and diagnostic information to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. Where required, Google's consent form is shown before an ad request.
2. How information is used
Information supports account management, saving and restoring progress, synchronization, rankings, purchase delivery and refunds, support, optional gameplay analytics, performance improvements, and abuse prevention.
3. Essential processing and optional choices
Account and installation identifiers needed for sign-in, cloud saves, remote service settings, purchase verification, and fraud prevention are essential to these features. Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics are optional. Choose on first launch, or change your choice in Settings → Account → Analytics & crash reporting. You can play without optional analytics. Events collected before permission are not sent retroactively.
Rewarded ads are optional and separate from analytics. Where available, use Settings → Ad privacy choices to review your advertising preferences. Declining optional analytics does not automatically change advertising choices.
4. Service providers and international processing
We use Google Firebase for authentication, storage, server functions, analytics and diagnostics; Google Play and Apple App Store for distribution and payments; RevenueCat for purchase verification and restoration; and Google AdMob for rewarded ads and advertising consent. Providers process information as needed for these services and may process it outside your country. Firebase Analytics advertising-ID collection and personalized-ad signals are disabled; BigQuery analytics exports also exclude advertising IDs. These analytics settings are separate from AdMob's advertising processing.
5. Retention
Account and game data are retained until account deletion. Deletion requests are processed without undue delay. Minimum records needed for legal retention, payment disputes, or fraud prevention may be kept separately for the applicable period. Providers may retain security logs for limited periods under their policies.
6. Deletion and your rights
Delete your account in Settings → Account → Delete account & data. If you cannot access the app, see the email request instructions below.
7. Children and guardians
Guardians may request access to or deletion of children's personal information. Applicable age requirements follow Google Play, App Store, and the laws of the distribution country. Contact the address above for assistance.

iOS sign-in, notifications, and platform analysis
If you choose Apple sign-in on iOS, Firebase Authentication processes your Apple account identifier and the email you agree to share, including a private relay address. Linking Google or Apple requires your consent and retains the same game UID. Matching nicknames do not merge accounts. With optional analytics consent, Android/iOS platform and app version distinguish usage flows.
If you allow notifications, Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple APNs process device notification tokens, platform, app version, and delivery information. You can disable notifications in system settings. iOS advertising tracking permission is optional; declining it does not block gameplay.
8. Security and changes
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted transmission, authentication, app integrity checks, and access controls. Changes to this policy will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
